Job Description

  • Engaging in exchanges, negotiations, and analysis of project requirements with clients via email, Skype (or Chatwork) to refine align, and subsequently convey accurately to the project team in Vietnam.
  • Acting as a bridge between the development team in Vietnam and Japanese clients.
  • Monitoring progress, project management, and providing regular work reports to clients.
  • Project types: Web application systems (using Ruby, PHP, Java, C++, C#) and applications on smartphones (iOS, Android, Unity).

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of experience in a position equivalent to or managing software projects for Japanese clients.
  • Good communication in Japanese N2 or above
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming, web application development, and project progress management.
  • Experience working on projects using one of the following languages: PHP, Java, Ruby, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, C++, C#.
  • Leadership skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a teamwork spirit.

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Japanese culture and working style.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working or studying in Japan.
  • Experience in managing large projects.
