Bridge Project Manager

• Join actual DevOps projects in fields like healthcare, fintech, startups, games, AR/VR, and AI.
• Work using Agile and DevOps methods; some projects use enterprise-level Waterfall methodology.
• Collaborate directly with Japanese product owners to discuss requirements, schedules, and system design.
• Provide regular project reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Handle project estimation alongside the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Project management or leadership experience (as PL, BrSE, IT communicator, etc.).
• Programming knowledge is a plus.
• Japanese language skills at N2 level or higher.
• Basic English communication (chatting and speaking).
• Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements (Kaizen mindset).
• Experience in writing technical documentation, development, and testing plans is beneficial.
• Strong logical thinking and data-driven explanation skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow into high-level BPM, PMO, or PM roles quickly.
