Brand Manager

1. Make marketing strategy of pet, and implement it, and expand our share among pet food.

2. Propose Detail Marketing plan including Promotion & COM plan with Budget to deliver Net sales, COP, Market share target

3. Co-ordinate with FM/SP for the expanding coverage plan increase

4. Co-ordinate with R&D to have product renewal plan

5. Managing and training marketing subordinates efficiently to carry out their task

6. Update consumer needs, consumption behavior, lifestyles, and insight esp changing under pandemic impact

7. Carrying out other tasks demanded by the management on behalf of the corporate benefit

- Candidate has working experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager (at least 5 years working experiences) in MKT dept in Pet food field 

- Experience in Marketing (FMCG sector) is an advantage. (Bonus point for: Hands-on experience of on ATL, BTL, Events, meetings, Outdoor and other promotional activities; Understand creative designing; Coordination with agency and vendors...)

- Good analytical skills, creative, positive;

- Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English (equivalent to Ielts 6.0 and up);

- Good interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team.
