• Develop and execute the technology strategy, focusing on DevOps and Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms).
• Lead, manage, and develop the technical team, ensuring high performance and team collaboration.
• Design, optimize, and maintain DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Product, Business, etc.) to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to drive performance and innovation.
• Report directly to senior management on technical progress, performance, and challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Head of Tech, Tech Manager, or Tech Leader at technology companies with a focus on DevOps and Cloud.
• For candidates from the banking sector, experience at the Team Leader or Deputy Head level in technology divisions, with expertise in DevOps and Cloud.
• Proficient in DevOps tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Extensive experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of system security, infrastructure management, and technology standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale digital transformation projects or Cloud infrastructure deployments.
