Knowledge and Competency

• You have spent the past 3-5 years as a Software Engineer.
• Have good English communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Know Ruby or can pick up Ruby very fast.
• Believe in writing tests, unit or integrated.
