We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join the team – our innovative platform focused on digital sustainability solutions. The selected candidate will:
- Contribute to the design and execution of the commercial strategy for the Peterson Solution Hub.
- Act as sales representative, primarily focused on the APAC region, building strong client relationships and driing adoption of our digital tools.
- Provide commercial support to other regions, collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in client engagement and sales activities.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, high levels of energy and organization, and a strong client-first approach. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has basic experience with CRM systems (preferably Hub Spot). Strong soft skills and communication abilities are essential for building trust and guiding clients through our solutions.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Commercial Strategy Development
- Support the Lead Product Manager in designing and refining the commercial strategy for the Peterson Solution Hub.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and strategic opportunities
Sales Execution – APAC Focus
- Act as a primary sales representative in the APAC region, managing the sales pipeline and leading client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Building and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and offering tailored solutions
Regional Sales Support
- Assist commercial teams in other regions (e.g. Americas, APAC) by sharing insights, tools, and sales materials.
- Coordinate cross-regional opportunities and ensure alignment in communication and service delivery.
CRM Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Product Owners, marketing, and consulting teams to align messaging and timing of outreach.
- Help develop and improve commercial collateral, including brochures, decks, and LinkedIn content.
Proactive Pipeline Management
- Identify and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely movement across the sales funnel.
- Organize and prioritize daily activities to maximize impact and close rates.

- Digital & Sustainability Awareness: Basic understanding or interest in digital sustainability solutions (e.g. ESG, GHG, traceability, compliance).
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) – required. Other languages (e.g. Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese) are a strong asset
Position’s requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing Economics, Sustainability, or related fields.
- A Master´s degree in a relevant area is a plus
- Complementary courses or certifications in sustainability, digital tools, or CRM are considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, preferably within the sustainability, technology, or consulting sectors.
- Experience engaging directly with clients, including preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and managing the full sales cycle.
- Prior experience working with or supporting digital platforms or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and managing sales pipelines.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is desirable, especially with exposure to the APAC market.
