Job Description


The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, measuring and reporting Bar Sales Outlet performance on a daily basis and taking required corrective action to ensure operations are in accordance with the company standards and objectives. They will also be responsible for achieving or exceeding Bar Revenue and Cost objectives for the established cruise program targets.

Other responsibilities include creating new opportunities and maximizing existing ones to generate extra revenue, managing the beverage outlets as separate profit centres, assuming responsibility for all revenue and expenses, ensuring that department’s operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled, and recommending measures to control/reduce costs.

Candidates must have previous experience in this role onboard a cruise ship. Successful candidate will also hold STCW certification, Designated security Duties and a valid ENG1 Medical.
