Daily responsibilities:
- Identifying critical issues and potential issues based on 3rd parties tools (e.g. Google Lighthouse, Google Analytics, etc.) and user experience.
- Managing and optimizing websites to improve user experience and website performance
- Creating and updating new content using the website CMS
- Enabling new features on websites using provided self-tools (no coding needed) in the CMS
- Exploring new features/up-to-date trends and best practices on markets for website recommendations
- Gathering, analyzing business needs, making recommendations and creating website wireframes (basic level)
- Understanding document guidelines and process thoroughly to produce non-tech documents for business purpose
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
Working with other teams:
- Cooperation with cross-market teams (product owners, developers and operation teams) in the UK, AU, CN, IN, etc.
- Getting updated and trained knowledge by global teams
- Advising other teams on website capabilities and limitations
Reporting:
- Weekly and monthly on website performance and work-in-progress
Must have:
- Technically savvy, able to self-learning and curiosity all things related to technology and digital
- Advanced English (especially in reading and writing)
- At least 1 year of relevant fields
- Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong analytical skills
- Technical understanding of web and mobile environment
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven personalities
A plus if:
- Experienced in website builder platforms- Understanding and experience in UX/UI
