• Design, develop, and maintain cross-company data infrastructure.
• Oversee data integration and pipeline management.

Job Requirements

Educational Background

• Graduated from a top-tier university or college in Vietnam.
• Majored in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills

AI Software Development

• Experience in developing AI algorithms or a deep understanding of their workings from scratch.
• Built and deployed API services as internet-based applications.
• Managed and operated API services using appropriate software tools.
• Measured model performance using metrics software such as MLflow.
• Optimized accuracy through data operations and tuning.

Data Engineering

• Proficient in Python and SQL (BigQuery experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in development and operations using AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

Cloud Architecture

• Experienced in designing and developing systems using cloud services on AWS, GCP, or Azure (AWS preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud service components from an architectural perspective, including capabilities, functions, and security considerations.
• Designed and integrated cloud-based systems with appropriate security measures.

Tools & Technologies

• Configuration Management: Terraform
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• Monitoring & Logging: Datadog, Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch
• Project Management: JIRA Cloud, Miro
• Documentation: Kibela, Google Workspace
• Spark: 2–3 years of experience
• Airflow: 1 year of experience (as a user, not an administrator)

Human Skills

• Experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager.
• Led a data engineering team of at least two members for six months or more (larger teams and longer durations preferred).

Communication Skills

• Open-minded and adaptable.
• Strong ability to comprehend and analyze requests, understanding both the what and the why behind them.
• Proficient in English (IELTS 7, TOEIC 800, or equivalent).
