Job Description
As an AI Leader, you will work closely with the Head of AI to build and grow the AI team while leading AI projects from technical planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the AI engineering team, supporting technical growth and daily execution.
- Work with the Head of AI to build and expand the AI team.
- Manage AI/ML projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and project objectives are achieved.
- Design technical solutions and participate in hands-on development when needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and propose suitable AI solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical consulting, proposal preparation, and solution presentations.
- Participate in project bidding and work with internal teams to win new AI projects.
- Coordinate with AI Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure AI solutions align with both technical standards and business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Leader in software development projects.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML projects is required.
- Good knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and Computer Vision.
- Familiar with the AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Experience working with Git, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Background in AI, Data, or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Experience leading GenAI/LLM projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of MLOps and data pipelines is a plus.
