Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer (Researcher) to join our AI research team. This role focuses on researching, developing, and improving advanced AI models related to speech processing, audio intelligence, and voice technologies. You will work closely with AI engineers, product teams, and researchers to build next-generation solutions that power NamiTech’s audio AI platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research and development in machine learning, deep learning, and speech/audio processing.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models for speech recognition, speaker identification, noise suppression, and voice intelligence systems.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art techniques in ASR, NLP, LLMs, and audio signal processing.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using large-scale datasets. Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI models into production environments.
- Analyze model performance and continuously improve accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research papers and technological advancements in AI and speech technologies.
- Contribute to internal research initiatives, prototypes, and innovation projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience working with speech processing, NLP, audio analysis, or large language models is highly preferred.
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
- Ability to read and implement research papers and translate research ideas into working prototypes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English for research and technical discussions.
