We're in need of a highly proficient Voice Chatbot Developer to construct a voice chatbot geared towards both outbound and inbound operational calls, along with facilitating live transfers to our call center. The perfect candidate should possess a robust background in chatbot development and hands-on experience with voice recognition tech. The primary objective of this initiative is to streamline our lead qualification process and enhance the efficiency of our call center operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and deploying a voice chatbot system
- Integrating voice recognition, text to speech, voice customization, telephony services
- Tailoring the chatbot to fulfill our specific lead qualification criteria
- Performing thorough testing and debugging to ensure peak performance
Desired skills:
- Adept in chatbot development Familiarity with voice recognition, text to speech, telephony services
- Proficient in Python Knowledge of natural language processing
- We don't need this person to have Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field or Experience with AI frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. These are nice to have.
