Ads Operations Team Lead (Hybrid)

Campaign Operations: 

• Lead and Manage the Campaign Ops Team - responsible for success of the campaign delivery 
• You will own, enhance and develop the Campaign Ops process and manage internal stakeholders. 
• You will maintain a zero error rate and adhere to the given SLA, by creating strong operational procedures and QC process for the team. 
• You will collaborate with the different teams globally to work on shared client accounts. 
• You will be and expert and advise our clients on all technical and compliance aspects while delivering the best possible performance. 
• You will help financial tracking against campaigns, including campaign budget development and inventory buys. 
• You will work closely with the US and the UK counterparts to bring in best practices and align globally 

Team management  

• Oversee the activities and productivity of employees on the team. Keep operations flowing by ensuring employees carry out instructions and perform at their best levels.  
• You will be responsible for your team growth and development such as assisting in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures, recruitment and team member’ s personal development 
• You encourage positive behavior by offering team member precise and constructive feedback on need for improvement.  

• 5+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations. 
• Experience in managing a big team and delivering digital ad campaigns. 
• Excellence communication, fluent in English 
• Experience in leading teams in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment. 
• Experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, programmatic exchanges, DSP and SSP workflows. 
• An understanding and experience of managing publisher programmes within ad networks is a plus. 
• Excellent understanding of digital trends, business models and technologies.
