- Communicate with Clients nicely

- Event Management on site, Concept and Plan making

- Build Strategy & Proposal from Clients brief to Presentation by working with internal team

- Present concepts to clients and Understand touch points (online & offline) to approach the target audiences

- Have close relationship with Suppliers/ Partner to discuss and come up with campaigns that fit the needs, ideas and budgets of clients.

- Act as a communication bridge between the customer and the company by regularly communicating with both sides, ensuring effective communication.

- Creative thinking to integrate creative ideas that can drive traffic, earn results, and impress audience

- Collaborate with teams including Creative & other team members to manage ideation timeline to ensure the most creative and feasible ideas for the campaign

- Other tasks assigned from Manager.

*Scope of Work is not limited to Event Management. Including, Digital, KOL Marketing Plan and Execution.

- Good English skills (both verbal and written)

- Around 23 – 28 years old

- 1 year experience in event, concept, planner idea campaign for offline campaign or integrated campaign is appreciated

- University degree in field of Social, Marketing, Business, Arts or related fields.

- Public speaking skill, presenting skill, persuading skill, Proactive, dynamic and professional

- Always to be ready to travel and go on business trip (If any)

- Professional working attitude, honesty, self-discipline to complete the assigned work

- Creativity, innovation and flexibility

- High problem-solving skilss and able to work under pressure

- Having experience in working with partners, event/venue agency units

- Good communication, negotiation and research skills.

- Sharp-mind, honest and decisive thinking to coordinate the work flow

- Provide quality control over concepts and projects from plan to end execution.

- Respect timeline, deadline & internal interaction with colleagues
