Functional Analyst

- Analyze customer needs, design and build solutions with Odoo

- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go- live

- Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual session

- Support the sales team during pre- sale

- Capacity to capture and document requirements

- Review project documents and identify test requirements

- Design test plan and actively provide feedback on the task assignments

- Develop test cases and prepares test data

- Execute test cases

- Report bugs found and test results and participate in project reviews

- Create and update project documents (Blueprint, User guide…)

- Communicate and report issues directly to the Project Lead in timely manner

- Cooperate with other members in the team to get the assignments done

- Coordinate with other project team members to maintain delivery schedule of quality products

- Coordinate with other support groups in order to facilitate QC activities

- At least 1 year experience working as Functional Analyst

- Major in IT or business or closely relevant

- Good knowledge on software & testing process.

- Understanding business processes: sales, purchasing, HR, stock, invoicing & payments.

- Previous experience in Odoo-related position is a plus

- Users modeling, role-playing
