Team Leader Content Moderator

• Lead, manage, recruit & develop a team of Content Moderators/Customer Service, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with existing policies and procedures
• Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
• Performance management: career counseling, coaching, performance development, 1:1's mentoring, Team huddle, Ops calibration etc... to make sure the team achieves the glide goal.
• Control Team roster to be efficient and work with QAs/Trainers to gather feedback regarding productivities and quality problems for service improvement.

Requirements:

• 1 year minimum supervising/leading a team of 10 or more people
• Experience in E-Commerce, Customer Service, Consultant, Data, Telesales, and Moderation,..
• Experience in Content Moderation, E-Commerce is a plus
• English communication skill
• Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
• Willing to work Night Shift (If any)
