Mô tả công việc

  • Identify and establish relationships with new clients, understand their business priorities, and provide consultative solutions leveraging the Company's technology, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sale team to craft comprehensive solutions that address clients' challenges effectively.
  • Serve as the principal client contact from the bid stage to project finalization, ensuring seamless communication and addressing commercial inquiries.
  • Actively seek opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling the Company's services to clients and their partners within the ecosystem.
  • Define sales strategies and markets for assigned products, including conducting market investigations, targeting, and developing activity plans with support from managers.
  • Maintain open communication with existing customers to identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
  • Close deals, ensure accurate contract processing and consistently achieve or exceed individual targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Manager role focusing on direct sales, preferably in the IT or Engineering field. Experience in System Integration or Software companies is highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance and ability to portray a positive company image to the public.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English to facilitate effective conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong presentation abilities to influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong ambition to secure significant projects and develop skills towards a Sales Manager role.
  • Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
