Mô tả công việc

  • Lead the business development efforts for software products and IT outsourcing services in designated markets (APAC/EU/US).
  • Establish, train, and oversee a business unit comprising 3-4 sales teams.
  • Formulate a sales strategy, identify potential clients, and create a detailed plan of action.
  • Organize and execute annual sales initiatives to meet set goals.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to internal sales process protocols.
  • Propose solutions to enhance project performance and align delivery with client expectations.
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to expand business with existing clients and identify opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Sales Manager or Sales Director within the IT sector. Preference for candidates with experience in IT Outsourcing.
  • Solid IT background with expertise in new technologies and practices.
  • Proven sales achievements, with previous revenues of $2-3 million, will be viewed favorably.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective communication with both internal and external parties.
  • Capable of working efficiently under high pressure and adept at solving problems.
  • Open to frequent business travel.
