Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Purpose of the Role: The Operations Manager will act as the strategic right-hand partner to the CEO, ensuring the seamless execution of operational strategies that align with company’s vision and goals. This leader will drive operational excellence, foster collaboration across all departments, and uphold the values of the organization. The Operations Manager will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture, enabling sustainable growth, and maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Partner with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into actionable operational strategies.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations.
- Support the CEO in managing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to support scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure goals are met.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization.
- Serve as a bridge between teams and the CEO, facilitating clear communication and alignment, with clear advocacy for the needs of the company.
4. Process Improvement and Efficiency
- Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
- Streamline workflows and implement best practices to improve productivity.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Executive Manager (BEM).
- Represent the CEO’s vision and priorities in interactions with clients, partners, and staff.
6. Risk and Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational success.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior operational or strategic leadership role, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or Australian construction related industries.
- Strong track record of implementing successful operational strategies and driving business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Understanding of cross-cultural communication and international business practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Fluent Vietnamese as well as English IELTS score of 7.5 and above.
