Work location:

Cau Giay Center 2nd floor, NOCT1 E4 Yen Hoa New Urban, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi

Working schedule:

● 5 days/ week during regular Fall & Spring term (Tue to Sun, off Mon & one day on weekdays)

● 6 days/ week during summer & winter camp (day off will be advised later)

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Customer relation management

- Handle customer’s inquiries

- Timely communicate feedback with internal team and make suggestions to improve organization

- Provide good after sales service to have high parent/ student referral source

2. Sales & Re-Enrollment

- Follow-up re-enrollment to meet the pipeline & final sales target

- Consult of prospective students and their families to offer the suitable roadmap based on customers’ needs, and students’ information

- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the Accounting Department

3. Administration

- Arrange class for students

- Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams

- Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent teacher conferences

- Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.

4. Other tasks assigned by the first-line supervisor. 

1. Education:

● Bachelor degree from accredited university

2. Language requirement:

● For Korean speaking course consultant:

   ○ Advance level in Korean (TOPIK 5 or above)

   ○ Fluency in Vietnamese, English (Ielts 6.5 or above) is a must.

● For English speaking course consultant:

   ○ Fluency in Vietnamese, English (Ielts 6.5 or above) is a must.

3. Skills and attitude:
