• Lead the design of SaaS Product, defining product experiences from concept to execution.
• Conduct market research and upstream product design to align with business needs.
• Define and oversee the entire design process, from ideation to implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize product interactions.
• Design intuitive UI/UX experiences for AI-powered applications.
• Develop visual UI designs, ensuring consistency and a modern aesthetic.
• Define the information architecture and structure of applications/sites.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve design guidelines, patterns, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

 Job Requirements:

• 3+ years (Middle) / 5+ years (Senior) of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product design, including research, testing, and visual execution.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex AI/data-driven concepts into user-friendly designs.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and responsive UI principles.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and balance multiple projects.
• English communication skills (verbal & written) to collaborate with global teams.
