Job Description

  • Lead the Dev team: Manage, coordinate, and train team members.
  • Collaborate with clients in the tax and finance sectors to fully understand business requirements.
  • Analyze and comprehend tax and financial processes, proposing suitable technical solutions.
  • Design systems and develop software architecture to ensure business requirements, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Coordinate with development teams to build and implement technical solutions.
  • Participate in selecting appropriate technologies and tools for the project.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, especially in financial and tax systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax and financial processes and operations.
  • Experience in system design and software architecture development.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Experience working with technologies such as Apache Cassandra, Apache Solr, and Apache Spark.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with clients to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
  • Team management skills with the ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience in building and deploying large-scale systems with high scalability and performance.
  • Experience working with distributed systems and big data processing.
  • Project planning and work progress management skills.
