• Produce high-performing short-form advertising videos for Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and other UA channels.
• Create UGC videos, motion graphics, and promotional videos for mobile apps.
• Build AI-assisted video production pipelines to maximize production speed while maintaining creative quality.
• Collaborate with UA team to rapidly test and iterate winning video concepts.
• Continuously optimize video templates, assets, and automation workflows.

Experience Requirement

• Hands-on experience using AI models (e.g., Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Luma, HeyGen) to generate source materials and produce end-to-end advertising videos.
• 1–3 years of experience editing performance marketing videos for Mobile Apps
• Experience creating high-converting short-form videos for Performance Marketing campaigns.
• Tool stack: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro (Desktop); HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway Gen-2, Luma Dream...

Required skills

• Proficient in using AI models to generate source assets and produce end-to-end advertising videos.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered video generation, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to build and optimize AI-driven production workflows to significantly reduce production time and increase creative output.
• Ability to quickly iterate and optimize video creatives based on UA performance data.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for AI video generation and creative ideation.
