UX Strategist

• Defining requirements, establishing service policies, designing user flows, information architecture, and screen design
• Planning for Web and Mobile Apps
• Planning for Back Office operations
• Deriving service and operation strategies
• Analyzing and understanding customer requirements
• Holding client meetings, investigating, and evaluating market trends

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering B2B or B2C platform services
• Demonstrate leadership or participation in end-to-end project management, including goal setting, user flow design, data analysis, and feedback proposals
• Submission of a portfolio with a specified participation rate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in creating medium to long-term road maps and creating service policies
• Familiarity with portal services and large agencies
• Expertise in UI/UX planning and strategy
• Fluent in English (all 4 skills)
• Responsible and focused on the details
• Proficiency with Jira, Figma, Confluence, Word, Excel, or other similar tools
