• Monitor and analyze vertical performance, ensuring a deep understanding of its operations. Collaborate with various departments to drive performance and growth, proactively identifying issues and implementing or recommending solutions to meet targets and maintain sustainable growth in alignment with the company's overall direction.
• Identify opportunities for introducing new services, products, features, or policies to enhance and scale the vertical.
• Oversee the entire process of launching new sub-products, taking full ownership of the product line.
• Coordinate with key business functions—including but not limited to Marketing (demand generation, product launches), Supply (driver management, customer service, fraud prevention), Marketplace (burn, pricing, dispatch), and Product Management (user and driver applications)—to ensure optimal vertical performance.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve vertical-related challenges, whether internal or external.
• Communicate and escalate plans and solutions to C-level executives and the CEO as needed.
• Develop and manage the vertical's budget, overseeing planning, monitoring, coordination, execution, and escalation as necessary.
• Lead the Food team and report directly to the CEO, taking ownership of reporting outcomes, ensuring accountability for project results, and providing regular updates and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of critical projects.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a business or vertical management role.
• Relevant experience in the food delivery or related industry.
• Proven experience as a P&L owner who has successfully launched products.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to quickly identify market behaviors and opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor numbers and manage P&L effectively.
• Highly skilled in cross-functional coordination, mobilizing teams, and timely execution.
• Deep understanding of local consumer behavior and an established network for research and reference.
• Experience in building complex products that require local partnerships and intricate coordination among stakeholders.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly.
