UI/UX Designer

• Collect and examine the needs of the user;
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers;
• Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others;
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts;
• Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs;
• Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites graphic designs;
• Design user interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc;
• Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes;
• Present your designs to the design team and all the stakeholders;
• Monitor and manage the previously developed systems;
• Conduct testing of completed websites to assess user experience;
• Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills.

Experience

• Have at least 1 years of experience as a UX /UI Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer or a similar role;
• Experience with creating storyboards, wireframes, process flows, user flows and sitemaps.

Knowledge, abilities and skill

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and other wireframing and visual designing tools;
• Good understanding of user interfaces and interaction design;
• Strong design thinking skills;
• Updated with the latest UI techniques, trends, and technologies;
• Strong knowledge of user tests and usability testing;
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently;
• Professional written and interpersonal skills;
• Having a strong portfolio depicting your UI/UX skills is a plus.
