Job Description
- To be in charge of each project as a project leader.
- Develop skills of staffs by conducting internal training etc. together with Japanese Tax specialist members as well as Vietnamese colleagues.
- Instruct subordinates to let them perform procedures for preparing each report.
- Control staff assignment and monitor the progress of each project.
- Conduct external seminars regarding TP topics together with seminar PIC.
- Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
- Over 5 years of experience in the Transfer Pricing area.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced excel, word and reporting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Good experience in staff/assignment management.
