Job Description:

• Appear in short-form videos about office life and act alongside other team members.
• Brainstorm ideas and write TikTok video scripts related to office life, basic finance, workplace culture, and modern young professionals’ lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the visuals, acting, and expressions align with the channel’s content direction.
• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to stay updated with trends and propose new content formats.
• Support the filming process when necessary (setup, props preparation, outfits, scripts).
• Provide feedback after videos are completed to improve performance and content style for future episodes.

Requirements:

• Experience creating short-form content on TikTok (or similar platforms such as Reels or YouTube Shorts).
• Strong ability to develop creative ideas and write engaging short-form scripts aligned with brand tone and voice.
• Appearance: Presentable and camera-friendly with natural expressions.
• Good sense of humor, natural charisma, and quick reactions in different situations.
• Confident in communication and comfortable expressing emotions on camera.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude during the filming process.
• Understanding of office culture and corporate lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to identify and follow TikTok trends.
• Candidates with experience in content creation, acting, or personal video production are preferred.

• Base salary up to 20,000,000 VND
• Monthly/quarterly team KPI bonus (20–30M VND)
• Year-end bonus (13th-month salary + additional bonus of 3–6 months salary).
• Total annual income can reach up to 60M VND in bonuses.
