JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Verify, complete accounting vouchers, and record accounting transactions in Misa accounting software.

• Reconcile and input accounts payable data into the sales system.

• Archive data and accounting records related to the assigned tasks, ensuring completeness, safety, and confidentiality as per regulations.

• Issue VAT invoices for sales transactions.

• Prepare quarterly/monthly/annual tax reports and financial statements.

• Prepare periodic internal reports as required.

• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from College or higher in Accounting - Finance, Accounting - Auditing majors.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong sense of responsibility for the job and a willingness to work long-term.

• Careful, honest, sharp, dynamic, and flexible in work.

• Proficient in using Misa accounting software and office computing (Word, Excel, ...).
