Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Temporary Food Merchandising Specialist for Food Project. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact in a short period. The major focus of this project is on merchandising and handling food orders with suppliers to ensure we meet our high standards and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the merchandising teams based in Hong Kong
• Document collection from suppliers (Specification, Packaging Tech Pack, etc. )
• Communicate with QA team in Hong Kong for Sample tasting section / follow-up when re-work required
• Manage the sampling process, including coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct product evaluations and quality assessments on samples.
• Visit suppliers

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest or experience in the food industry, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
•  High energy level, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint,).
