TA3- Senior UI/UX Designer

• Designing and refining the UI of mobile/web applications based on modern UI/UX standards tailored for Japanese users.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for core features such as: Livestream, Karaoke, Gifting, Profile, Ranking, Mini Games, etc.
• Proposing and implementing UX improvements to enhance user satisfaction and retention.
• Designing landing pages, visual elements, animations (Lottie/AE) for marketing campaigns and in-app events.
• Closely collaborating with PO, BrSE, Dev, and QA teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Managing and updating the Design System to maintain visual harmony and developer efficiency.

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for real-world Web/Mobile applications.
• Strongly preferred: Experience in livestream, karaoke, video-based, or social gifting platforms, especially for the Japanese market.
• Proficient in tools such as: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lottie.
• Capable of producing clear flowcharts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Experienced in building and applying Design Systems.
• Solid UX thinking, able to analyze user behavior and provide data-informed design solutions.
• Effective teamwork and communication in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to present design ideas logically and visually.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English (required). Japanese ability is a big plus.
