• Act as a communication bridge between the development team in Vietnam and clients in Japan.
• Communicate directly with clients via email, Skype, or other collaboration tools to gather and clarify requirements.
• Manage project timelines, report regularly to clients, and oversee project performance.
• Work on various project types, including web-application systems (using Ruby, PHP, Java, ASP.NET) and mobile game applications (iOS, Android, Unity).

 Job Requirement:

• Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Ruby
• ASP.NET
• Java
• PHP
• Japanese language proficiency (minimum N2 level).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferably, candidates with work or study experience in Japan.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with at least one programming language or framework such as Objective-C, Android SDK, Unity, ASP.NET, PHP, Java, or Ruby.
• Leadership potential, high responsibility, and good teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture and working style.
• Experience managing large projects.
• English proficiency is a bonus.
