Job Description

Supply Chain Management:

  • Consensus forecast supply and demand of products with commercial/Hub/Distributor
  • Coordinate with commercial team on weekly demand to prepare proper allocation for customers.
  • In charge of shipment management to optimise the inbound freight processes and liaison with Customs Agents and Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to ensure timely receipt of Inventory into the finished goods warehouse.
  • Oversight inbound and outbound warehouse operations/order fulfilment & inventory management
  • Ensure timely communication to all stakeholders on supply chain related matters.
  • Pro-actively work with all business teams to resolve issues and minimize impact to business
  • Measure and monitor the level of internal and external supply chain service performance and continuously drive improvement.

 

Inbound process management

  • Ensure accurate and complete shipping documents are provided to custom broker to clear customs on a timely manner and minimize lead time in clearing process.
  • Follow up and resolve any import-related issues eg duty rate,...
  • Coordinate with 4PL warehouse to ensure receiving process is completed on time.
  • Follow up and resolve the issue until the shipment be released to next step.
  • Tracking and record all relevant information relating to inbound shipment.

 

Redressing process

  • Plan the replenishment of stickers and material for redress, together with LSP. All materials are procured according to the regulation and redressing specification.
  • Follow up until material is available at warehouse.
  • Plan and prioritize redressing plan with warehouse service provider.
  • Ensure timely completion of redressing plan and follow up to resolve issues.

 

Outbound process Management 

  • Prepare stock to meet monthly committed sell in qty to 4PL.
  • Coordinate with 4PL for PO and transfer stock.
  • Issue sales order & invoice in ERP system.

 

Bad goods /Return process

  • Tracking and record of return goods, damage goods and expired stock
  • Issue credit note in ERP system.
  • Follow up with LSP to move stock to the respective location.

 

Other Duties:

  • Monitor and ensure inventory is accurately record in system by monitoring interface data from LSP system to ERP system
  • Manage sample withdrawing requested by Commercial.
  • Support making reports and monitoring the KPIs of Supply Chain on the end customer service level performance (COF) and cost effectiveness, as well as prepare expiry report.
  • Weekly and monthly report preparation as required by Management.
  • Other tasked assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferable.


Work Experience:


  • More than 4 years of Supply, Demand, Logistics operations, preferably from distributor environment
  • Good understanding of the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics operations.
  • Good, positive, and proactive communication
  • Skills such as problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as required
  • Strong team player, assisting others with workload peaks and the management of challenging situations.
  • Proactively contributes to a positive team attitude and highly productive work environment.
