Job Description
- Prepare shipping documents
- Collect and Prepare payment documents
- Maintain updated records of POs, shipments
- Track payment schedule to ensure timely paid
- Provide information to requestors about the status of their orders
- Support in Administrative tasks in the team
- Ad-hoc requirements from Supply Chain Manager.
- Third / Last year university student who is able to work full time.
- Good skills in office software with strong record in Excel & PowerPoint application.
- Good ability to communicate in English.
- Open & service mindset to learn and seek for proper solutions.
- Willing to learn new things and ready to support the team.
