Job Description

- Strategy:

  • Generating/ assessing and elaborating strategic ideas and presenting those to management and partners. 
  • Gaining insights into and understanding changes/ trends in the market, competition… 
  • Exploring new opportunities to develop business. 

- Operation:

  • Coordinating & managing internal/external projects, e.g., organizing conferences & exhibits, implementing collaboration projects with partners… 
  • Analyzing, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing remedial action to improve operations, e.g., cost-optimization, supply chain optimization… 

- Finance:

  • Investment: fundraising, due diligence, valuation... 
  • Corporate finance: analyzing & reporting on financial metrics, consolidation… 

- Others:

  • Ad-hoc tasks by requests, e.g., internal sharing & training, translation, input… 


- Education:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with Business-related majors.
  • Having completed or pursuing professional qualifications (CFA, CMA, ACCA…) is a plus.

- Work Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of work experience, preferably with strong Finance/ Strategy/ Operation/ Project Coordination/ Consultancy background. Experience in financial analysis and modeling is a plus. 
  • You also need to show strong leadership e.g. via positions, projects, and experiences. 

- Skills:

  • Required skills to well perform those above tasks include (but is not limited to): 
  • Hard skills: Strong research & advanced Microsoft Office skills (equally between Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) is a must. Fluency in English (especially academic reading & writing) is preferred. Strong quantitative & analytical skill is preferred. Strong finance skill is a plus. 
  • Thinking: logical & critical thinking, creative/ out-of-the-box thinking 
  • Soft skills: problem-solving skill, interpersonal & communication skills, good time management, 

- Attitude:

  • Hard-working. Ability to multitask & work under pressure. Ability to teamwork with high responsibility and adaptability. Active listening, self-containing, self-learning, and proactive.
