• Dealt with administration job such as data-inputing, document-storing, meeting arrangement, phone-responding.
• Ensure that data is updated and stored in the right way.
• Support department's other member when needed.
• Communicate and support other department for collecting information and respond when needed.
• Execute other tasks under manager's requirement.

Job Requirement:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in relating fields.
• Good communicating and reporting in English or Japanese (JLPT N3).
• From 1 year of experience in Administration/Accounting Admin or related fields
• Good at numbers, Microsoft Office Specialist, math.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Candidates residing in Dong Nai and surrounding areas.

• Working in Long Duc Industrial Park.
• Working days: Monday-Friday/months (7:45am -4:30pm, 45' lunch break)
• Shuttle bus: 4routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria)
• 13-Month salary + bonus 2 times per year
