Job Description
I. Content Creation & Management
- Discover, curate and publish content and resources ensuring consistency and quality
- Oversee content creation and guidelines consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
- Create a multi-channel approach to community content including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok etc.) and events.
- Create and execute content to increase community awareness and engagement
II. Community Content
- Coordinate with community to create content opportunities and collaborations.
- Coordinate events and campaigns to interact with the community and drive engagement.
III. Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure and analyze the effectiveness of content and content distribution channels
- Ideate and coordinate with other teams for new ideas to engage our audience
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a content specialist or related role
- Prefer candidates with experience working in both B2C & B2B
- Well-crafted storyteller at heart
- Creative, energetic, and empathetic
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing skills
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Knowledge in HR industry highly preferred
- Self-disciplined
- Cooperate with team members and actively provide support.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
