SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Research

• Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.
• Write/update reports on all property market segments.
• Actively seek new business.
• Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.
• Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.
• Process data and provide input for research reports
• Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region; as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
• Travel to other provinces or cities, when required, for market research.
• Maintain and develop relationships with local and international clients, and local authorities.
• Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.

Coordinate

• Team coordination.
• Liaise with managers and clients to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Real Estate/ Economics/ Finance/ Commercial.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Experienced in data collection, database management, and report-writing skills.
• English proficiency, especially in developing reports.
• Strong understanding of research and analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Creativity, imagination, and a self-starter.
