Senior Project Management Executive

• Proactive to manage assigned integrated communications campaigns directly by manager to deliver excellent execution across channels as committed to clients.
• Develop compelling across-channel contents and make sure they appear on approved channels
• Managing communications execution plan & responsible for the performance of winning projects to ensure the quality & timeline;
• Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet required quality standards. Proactive to fix and optimize KPI outcomes for under-performance items
• Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects
• Ensure that all projects are compliant to the company’s standard integrated working process
• Well coordinate and maintain good relationship with clients, authorized agencies, third-party vendors, internal resources, etc. to ensure the deliverables to clients
• Allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, meet required quality standards and budget;

• Experienced agency side. At least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position and industry;
• Set up and manage the project's budget well;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally;
• Proficiency in English, persuasive and professional communication (oral and written);
• Time management & Project Lead Skills;
• Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence;
• Willingness to learn new market trends and be self-demand.
