Job Description
- Report to CTO/CPO.
- Support Product Development to deliver world class products.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend a solution that helps achieve business goals
- Produce product specification with clear wireframes, uses cases and explanation, user flow, AC.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and support technical specialists in design, implementation, and deployment of solutions.
- Coordinate with Dev/QA team to ensure product top quality
- Become the Product PIC among all relevant stakeholders
- Create documentation, release note for our internal teams
- Constantly look around to suggest improvement, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Research and analysis of competitorโs products.
- Analyze market information and user behavior data to determine what we need to do for improving our product.
- At least 2+ years of experience as Product Owner/Business Analyst/Product Specialist.
- User perspective: always play an user role when considering creating / updating / removing a feature.
- Able to use mockup software to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows.
- Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
- An attention to details and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
- Simple approach: always find simplest solutions.
