Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our digital health products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to enhance user engagement, increase monetization opportunities, and ensure our platforms deliver value to both users and business stakeholders.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital health offerings.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, data, marketing) to build and optimize features that improve user engagement and retention.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive product decisions and innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Define and track key product KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a market-leading product.
• Contribute to a strong product culture by sharing best practices, mentoring junior PMs, and fostering collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Eduction: Engineering/Technology background is required.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer tech, media, or digital health.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-versed and comfortable carrying conversations in English
• Demonstrates great attention to details
• Experience working in agile environments, with a solid understanding of product development processes.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to drive results.
• Engineering background is required.
• Passion for building innovative digital products that transform the healthcare industry.

• Experience with design tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with AI-driven products, chatbots, or personalization technologies.
• Experience in community-driven products.
• Experience working in Southeast Asian markets.
