Senior Product Manager

• Develop a unified product vision and roadmap for all ERP products and the Cross-Functional Engineering team.
• Plan initiatives to address user needs.
• Oversee product development and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to direct development efforts.
• Set priorities, validate hypotheses, and analyze product performance.
• Work with business teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Define requirements for product integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years in Product Manager position, experience in product management, design, development, or overseeing back-office products or SaaS.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in one of the following areas: Back-office operations (e.g., accounting, finance, billing, order management).
• Inter-company transaction management.

Preferred:

• Project management experience in product development.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to develop product strategies based on user data analysis.
• Experience working with international engineering teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Japanese proficiency is a plus
