Senior Product Design (Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and conceptualization to high-fidelity designs and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure consistent application of design standards and brand guidelines across all products.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and design thinking process.
• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design systems is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
