Senior Procurement Administrator (IT Industry)

DEK Technologies Vietnam is growing fast, and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Finance Team. You will be responsible for evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, buying goods, and preparing reports (e.g., on orders and costs.) to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will gain excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multi tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Provides requesters with advice and guidance on the procurement process, assists in devising effective solutions to requesters’ defined requirements for IT equipment/software items.
• Responsible for obtaining price quotations customized for each requirement, compare and evaluating offers from suppliers. Validates the quotations with internal, routes the purchase requisitions for approval and monitor delivery dates on time.
• Collaborates with suppliers to find alternative solutions in case of delays or availability issues.
• Collects and provides feedback on supplier service and performance levels.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Support internal customers relating to travel process: air ticket, hotel… Provide support for any issues raised by user related to. 
• Main point of contact in case changes or cancellations are required, or in case of complaints.
• Other tasks will be assigned when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Procurement field, Purchasing Agent or similar role
• Good English skills is required.
• Excellent procurement knowledge
• High Integrity: Open and Honest.
• Energetic and Can-do attitude.
• Mature, Careful and Attention to Details.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Good networking and time management skills.
• Good negotiation skills
