• International Business Development: Proactively explore and approach potential clients in overseas markets, particularly within the technology and IT outsourcing space.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities and define appropriate client acquisition strategies for targeted regions.
• Sales Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain a structured sales pipeline to ensure a stable flow of opportunities and sustainable growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, partners, and relevant business networks to support continuous deal generation.
• Proposal & Solution Alignment: Understand client needs in detail and collaborate with technical teams to develop suitable proposals and solution approaches.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations, and drive deals to closure while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing business development processes, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Team Support: Take part in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring activities for new Business Development members.
• Cross-team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after closing and maintain a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Industry Background: Experience in IT outsourcing, software development, technology services, or international B2B sales is preferred. Good understanding of outsourcing service models is required.
• Language: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) for working with international clients.
• Sales Skills: Experience in lead generation, client engagement, account management, and pipeline development.
• Working Attitude: Proactive, willing to learn, result-driven, and able to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
