- Design and develop visually stunning and innovative marketing materials, including logos, websites, digital and print designs, and other collateral

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design is aligned with business objectives and brand standards

- Communicate and present design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders

- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and abilities

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology to continually improve the quality of designs and stay ahead of the competition

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma

- Experience designing websites and other digital marketing materials

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior designers

- Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously learn and improve

• Month 13th bonus (paid before Tet and depends on company performance. If staff signed labor contract less than 12 months, then the bonus is calculated pro-rata)
