Senior DFT Engineer (MBIST/ SCAN)

• Implement of MBIST/ SCAN;
• Provide LEC and SDC scripts for Formal Verification and Timing Constraint;
• Discuss with Test Engineers to provide solutions to DFT testing;

Job Requirement

• Have min 1,5 years of experience as a DFT Engineer/ Chip Design
• Graduated in EE or related Engineering;
• Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell;
• Familiar with Verilog/ RTL.
• English: Intermdiate level & above to report to Technical Manager and work with foreign teammates

• Bonus: 13th month of fixed bonus
• Incentive/performance bonus: 14th, 15th month salary (based on performance)
