• Leading the implementation of Design for Test (DFT) methodologies in projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely completion.
• Providing hands-on technical guidance and solutions for scan insertion, ATPG coverage improvement, and pattern generation/simulation.
• Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity in DFT.
• Preparing and submitting comprehensive status reports to minimize project risks and address escalations effectively.
• Ensuring strict process compliance within the assigned module and actively participating in technical discussions or reviews.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years of exclusive experience in Design for Test (DFT).
• English level: Intermediate with the ability to communicate at basic level.
• Hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG coverage improvement, and pattern generation/simulation, with expertise in both no-timing and timing simulation debug.
• Proficiency in MBIST insertion, verification, pattern generation, and diagnostics, with a thorough understanding of repairability concepts.
• Experience with SpyGlass to resolve DFT DRC at the RTL stage is essential.
• Ability to manage a team of 2-3 members effectively and drive them towards meeting milestones in high-pressure situations.
• Good understanding or integration knowledge of TAP controllers and JTAG is a plus.
• Familiarity with interface to ATEs, tester hand-off languages (TDL/Verilog), and experience in modifying test procedures.
• Desirable experience in Post Silicon Debug on Tester.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams in India.
