Senior Business Analyst (French)

Product Requirement Analysis:

• Work together with stakeholders, both internal and external, to comprehend and record business needs for product development.
• Perform a thorough examination of current products, industry trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
• Provide comprehensive functional and non-functional specs by translating business needs.

Solution Design:

• To demonstrate the features and functionality of the product, create wireframes, prototypes, and process flows.
• To create solutions that support corporate objectives, work closely with cross-functional teams made up of developers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
• Make sure the solutions are workable, scalable, and economical.

Data Analysis:

• Work together with data engineers to guarantee the accuracy and availability of data.
• Examine and interpret complicated data sets to uncover important trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data models to aid in well-informed decision-making.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Create test cases, run tests, and confirm that the finished products adhere to the requirements.
• During the testing phases, locate and fix problems, errors, and inconsistencies.

Documentation:

• Provide thorough documentation that includes functional specs, test plans, user manuals, and business requirements.
• Throughout the product development lifecycle, keep the documentation up to date.

Project Management:

• Manage the definition of the project's scope, project planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Make that projects are completed to quality standards, on schedule, and within budget.

User Training and Support:

• Assist end users with training and support throughout the post-implementation and product deployment stages.
• Respond to questions from users, fix problems, and get input for ongoing development.

Continuous Improvement:

• Find ways to improve and optimize processes across the product development life cycle.
• Use best practices to increase the team's productivity and effectiveness.

Reporting to: Product Owner and Country Manager

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on product development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, motivational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in an IT management position.
• Fluent in French

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT or a relevant field
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
• Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
