Senior Business Analyst Engineer

• Collects, verifies, and drafts business requirements documents.
• Develops functional specifications and technical analytical design documents.
• Promotes communication and collaboration between the client and the development team.
• Engages in testing and validation to ensure the product meets business requirements.
• Supports the Project Manager in identifying risks and issues and devising solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a comparable role within the software development industry.
• Skilled in UML, including Use Case, Sequence, Component, and Class Diagrams.
• Experienced in creating prototypes and specifications.
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with offshore outsourcing projects is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a bonus.

• Salary is adjusted twice a year, based on performance reviews.
